Welp, this has very much been a week of two halves. The first half was spent in a daze of dissociation, pain, and hyperfocus hangover. The second half, however, has been focused, productive, and (most unbelievably) relatively pain free, with a Threads account that's been popping off all over the place thanks to King Charles and his incredibly British wit. I called the hospital yesterday morning to see if some weird symptoms I'd been experiencing relating to my arthritis were anything to worry about, and as a result I spent about four hours waiting to hear if I was going to need emergency spinal surgery. I've seen a few posts on Threads recently with a lot of hate towards AI. I get it; I really do. There are so many tells these days that screeeeam AI at me when I see them.
